Refund Policy
KeePassium’s refund policy depends on where you purchased your license.
Apple App Store
If you bought a license in the app itself or via the App Store, your purchase is handled by Apple according to their terms and conditions. Developers don’t have access to financial transactions on the App Store and cannot issue refunds.

FastSpring (Business licenses)
Self-service licensing for B2B customers is handled by our authorized reseller, FastSpring. Refunds are possible within 14 days after the initial purchase. After that, ongoing subscriptions are automatically renewed until cancelled.
To request a refund for a business license, please contact us and include your order ID (or invoice number) and email address used for purchase.
⚠️ The rent-to-own license does not apply to B2B sales.
